Vodacom Refund delayed

Under reference 1- ********** ********** Mpho was to organise a refund of a mistake Vodacom made in December 2017.The refund is R 10 951.59.Having been assured that the amount would be credited to my bank account it was found that 4 days later there was no action to refund.Having spoken to Neo Nthete and Katlego Alebotse I am awaiting a date when this action will take place. As the mistake is entirely upon Vodacom and the overcharge is of their making consideration should be given to refunding and also the addition of interest to the capital amount.This is the direct result of the misuse of the debit order and the Vodacom mistake.
