Vodacom Refund

I have requested for a refund more than seven days ago and all I have been getting is " it has been processed to be paid in my account " in seven working days and its been way too long since I have been waiting I keep getting emails requesting for the same documents over and over again that I have sent several times I am now tired of this run around from vodacom I just want my money back
