Vodacom refuces to repair my samsung tab E

<p>Hi. i sended my samsung galaxy tab E in for repairs. The repaired the phone but when i got it back there was 2 white spots on the screen that was not there before. i sended it back to fix it. when the phone got back to the shop. they saw that the screen was completely cracked. when they sended it back the Vodacom repair shop sended a quote to fix the screen. the vodacom shop in mayville hyperrama tried to explane that the phone was broken when it arrived ,but the repair Shop sed because it waa not within 24hours they cannot do enything about it. As i see it there waa miscommunication between the shop and the repair shop, nether wants to pay for the damages. </p>
