VODACOM REFERRING ME TO A THIRD PARTY FOR CONTRACT TERMINATION

I signed a 3 year contract of two cellphones with Vodacom 3 years ago. I called Vodacom in Feb to terminate the contract, I was advised by the consultant that I should call a month before expiry date. She then convinced me to keep the contract active and said she will send me forms to complete and submit back to Vodacom. I refused and she insisted, and promised to downgrade the current contract to a lower subcription fee, and will send me forms via email that I would then complete and submit to Vodacom if I want to extend or renew my contract. . I even asked her if I will be able to cancel it in June ,she said yes.

The subcription was reduced from March.I called Vodacom on the 11th of June to terminate my contract and was told that I can't provide a 30 days cancellation notice as my contract was renewed in February, but the consultant logged a call for transaction reversal. When I made a follow-up with Vodacom on 1 July the consultant said ,Vodacom can't reverse the transaction as 90 days have passed. She then referred me to Rewardsco agency , phone number ***and inform them that I was misled by their agent , as a result I want the transaction to be reversed for me to be able to terminate the current contract . I called it, the call was not picked up. I got the Whatspp number, and sent a text , I was given the email address.I sent an email in the morning of 3 July, and received automatic reply.

I have never signed any document or give Vodacom any consent to renew the current contract. This is the last month of my current contract and I want to terminate it. I entered into a contract with Vodacom, I called Vodacom in February and I was misled on that call, I fail to understand why is the third party involved, why do I have to call Rewardsco for my Vodacom contract to be terminated.
