Vodacom referring customers to a ***** company called Blue Label Connect
I wanted a phone and went on the vodacom website to get a contract. Vodacom called me back and then referred me to Blue Label Connect (My call was transferred to Blue Label). I then agreed to a ZTE Axon 10 Pro 5G for R329 per month. However, Blue Label Connect has now sent me the wrong device( ZTE Blade V7 Lite) and they are refusing to take it back. On the Subscription Agreement they do not have any information about the phone but just the amounts. And now I do not know what to do since Vodacom has landed me in such a terrible situation because of a company they work with.
