Vodacom rediculously poor service

PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY UPGRADES FOR VODACOM ONLINE AS Thy cancel you order without contacting you and then when you phone them nobody is will to put you thru to the right people to assist you. I did a downgrade on the vodacom website on the 18 of Feb 2020 and vodacom cancelled my down grade cause the could not deliver my simcard to me without Contacting me now 2 weeks later and don't know how many phone calls is still not resolved I am deeply disappointed by vodacom inability to accept their mistake and their willingness to fix it I am seriously thinking of going to the ombudsman tomorrow
