Vodacom RED is a *******

I'm so disappointed at the service I received from Vodacom. I went to apply at the store for the new IPhone. My contract comes back approved however I should pay an upfront fee of R35 000 cash and continue to oay R1800 for the phone on a monthly basis to top it all off I won't even have the Vodacom Red Package I app**** for. How does it make logical sense to charge someone R35000 for a phone that costs R25000 cash and make them pay R1800 a month for it. Im no mathematician but that makes no sense to me, even if I had the worst credit rating, of which I do not that just sounds ********* and a *******. Just say if you don't want me as a client but don't try and rip me off. Im not sure how the maths adds up on your systems but that makes no sense at all. The store I app**** at can't even help me because all the ladies who work there don't seem to care all they say is its out of thier hands I need to pay R35000 for a phone that costs R25000. Next time you guys advertise your Vodacom RED ******* Packages please make it clear you want customers to oay R35000 upfront. How stupid is that? I have never heard of a cellphone provider that rips off customers like this. Makes you pay for the phone cash then still charges you to be on a ******* contract. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, an absolute nightmare to deal with, the people aren't even reasonable. The store ladies dont care, just told me to pay the fee, they didn't bother calling head office or someone to check. There is no customer service at all in Craighall
