Vodacom recycles numbers - getting harassed

Essentially, I got a new Vodacom contract in August 2014. Clearly my number belonged to someone who has amassed fortunes of debt. Subsequently, I receive up to three calls a week from debt departments and collectors. It has reached a crescendo today though when a debt collector threatened to \find"me via my GPS signal as he didn't believe I was not this person indebted to them. I get calls from Ampath"
