Vodacom Reception Non-Existent!!

Vodacom reception NON-EXISTENT a lot of the time, especially during and after loadshedding. I don't live in JHB, but JHB had load shedding today between 1pm and 3:30pm and as a result, my Vodacom internet and cell reception was non-existent and I couldn't do anything, because my router makes use of the JHB's towers apparently, even though I don't stay in JHB.

Vodacom, please fix your backup systems so that your towers don't go offline when there is loadshedding. I'm paying for something I'm not getting. And I won't be doing so for much longer. Extremely frustrated.
