Vodacom - Reception Issue

NO RECEPTION: Lochnerhoff, Strand (Helderberg), Cape Town, Western Cape

I've being trying to get hold of anyone, EXCEPT USELESS TOBI,

We have no reception. Can make and / or receive calls and sms's. Data's still working, thank you Cell C. I've send a messenger message, as I can't call customer care, and I was advise to check my device message centre number is set to either +***9 or +***9. I've checked, it's sent on +***9. Still no reception. Then I changed it to +***9 and still no change.

So I checked our local Facebook Communities, and there's about +- over 60 people complaining about the same issue. So to make any phone calls we need to drive either to Somerset West, Gordonsbay or Stellenbosch.

Can someone please contact me BEFORE 17:00, as after 17:00 I will have no reception again.

Please send someone to attend to the towers and check, maybe reset, the towers.

There are people that rely on Vodacom to get in and out of their security complex. And for myself, I get sms enquiries, confirmations, etc for my business. This whole weekend I had to log on online to do business.
