Vodacom reaps off people and it has become the most pathetic service provider.
Vodacom call center and billing employees think that when they are doing the job THAT THEY WANTED they are doing us a favor. Vodacom has become one of the most pathetic service providers and also they are in the business of reaping peoples monies. The corporate does not operate like a private corporation it is operating like a Government entity where no one wants to work and will reap off peoples monies. I need the incorrect billing to be reversed in my bill and listen to the call recording.

19 Dec 2024, 20:15OOOH MY WORD HONESTLY???? please advise during what course ( this sounds to be a very long time for me to wait) because the only call I received was from Sisanda who is very unprofessional not forgetting dishonest and *********. she told me my call that was made in August cannot be retrieved and I told her impossible she then changed her statement that her team leader MUST APPROVE OR DECLINE my query for further investigation and I told her impossible again, and she went to say I made the call on the 1st which is untrue. Vodacom please assign an honest person who can investigate my complaint because this treatment I am receiving is completely uncalled for and and unfair not forgetting unprofessional not unless then these are the Vodacom company values. Sisanda during today's call she even said she NEVER PROMOSED TO CALL ME BACK YESTERDAY and when I said we can request for the call record she QUICKLY AND SINCENCERLY APOLOGISED, LIE another Vodacom value.
