Vodacom really sucks now

Well firstly I did not want give any stars because vodacom does not deserve it at all. I never write bad reviews for any company but I actually took the time to even register for a hello Peter account because I cannot even get through to an agent at all due to your stupid system update to register my voice, which your system cannot pick up or identify my voice. So im left here in anger and all I wanted to do was query where is my data and my airtime is going. Vodacom was the best network before but whoever is running it now really ruined the brand. I will be swapping networks after this.

To be honest I feel like this was a waste of time doing this but felt like I needed to just let you know as a customer that vodacom sucks real hard. You should do better than this.
