VODACOM REALLY SUCKS!!!

I recently bought a phone for my son, & he's unable to use his WhatsApp data (1GB). I called Customer Care & was told that they're currently experiencing a problem & that their technicians are working on it. The data is going to expire before he even uses it because it seems like this problem is still not fixed. If it's still not fixed by the end of tomorrow, I'm porting him to a different service provider. This is truly unacceptable. I'll NEVER buy anything from Vodacom ever again!!! I'm really disappointed.
