Vodacom really suck!

Vodacom have to be the worst cellular service provider ever! Firstly I cancelled my contract which was not processed on their side so I had to pay for an extra month. When I complained about it I was told I will be refunded for the extra month's payment which has not happened. I have a reference number for this call. Now when I phoned again to ask about the refund, an automated voice tells me they cannot assist pre-paid customers and the call ends. Seriously, I just want my refund!!!!!!!!!!! Bunch of *******!!!
