VODACOM REALLY NEEDS A FEW PEOPLE - NOT JUST A BOT
Vodacom customer service absolutely sucks. You cannot buy airtime or data on the website - always a problem. I have a query and I need to speak to a PERSON. There is absolutely NO WAY on their customer care line that you can get hold of someone and the famous TOBIE will never be able to understand my query or what I need assistance with. Have spent ages on the website trying to find a way to get hold of someone but absolutely to no avail.
