If you look at the date you will notice it was signed in November. I have called Real promotions, your provider diligently to get the fibre installed. Let me be the first to tell you that you are dealing with a joke of a company who are completely clueless on how your, or its own process should work. I am now dealing with these idiots that you have elected to be the face of your fiber service provider service, and it is a direct reflection on you.

Your service is pathetic, can you please schedule this install immediately, or at least inform me that you cannot and I will go else where.
