Vodacom Randburg Square refuses to pay for damage.
The Vodacom shop in Randburg Square sold me a protective cover for a Sony Xperia Z3 compact. The cover itself damaged my phone which cost me R800 to repair. I returned to the shop where the manager agreed that he could see the damage caused by the cover on the rear panel of the phone.

In our discussion I referred to you (the shop) and he started getting aggressive towards me by telling me I should be careful what I am saying. This happened more than once even after I explained to him that when I refer to you I refer to this shop. Although he agreed that the cover damaged the rear panel he said it was not their responsibility but the supplier of the cover. After numerous times that he agreed to contact me, I needed to follow up each time as I would simply not hear from him. He admitted during a telephonic discussion with me that he would not be happy with the kind of service they provided me with. In the same discussion he refused to pay for the damages. I asked Treo to provide me with the owners' contact details to inform him/her about this issue and have never heard back from him

After being a Vodacom customer for so many years this is the kind of service I received
