VODACOM QUICKSIM INSURANCE

I am busy with an ongoing struggle to get the QUICKSIM INSURANCE on my account canceled. I never asked for it. It was added without my permission. I tried to cancel it some 21 months ago. It is still on the account. Last month I once again tried to cancel it both telephonic and per e-mail. Still no reaction. They proceed to ***** my money at a rate of R5 per month. Imagine how much they pocket if nobody starts protesting against this.
