Vodacom query reported on HelloPeter website
On 2024/10/05 I wrote a review regarding a very high account received from Vodacom due to two new cell numbers that appeared on my account. On 2024/10/08 I received a phone call from Vodacom and on 2024/10/10 I was refunded with the difference of my normal premium and the high account I received the end of June or July 2024. So, yes after being a Vodacom client for about 30 years I would recommend Vodacom to a friend. But in the same breath, I would also recommend HelloPeter to anybody that has a legitimate problem with any business/company. I just want to extend my gratitude for the prompt reaction I received from HelloPeter and at the end, Vodacom.
