Vodacom -Query
I am so disappointed with Vodacom, November 2020 i requested for settlement quote from Vodacom send it and i paid full amount on the settlement, i sent proof of payment and requested for the settlement quote which i haven't received even today, now they sending me SMS's saying am owing them R410.00, i dont understand how because i paid the full amount. Please Vodacom treat your Customers right.
