Vodacom ****py Service
I have a contract with Vodacom, I called Vodacom to cancel the data and Vodacom ended up cancelling my entire contract. I then went back to Vodacom to resolve, they then said they can't assist, issue will be resolved end Feb. As usual Vodacom did not resolve the issue BUT billed me for it. Called Vodacom and no help, no answers but hey let's bill the customer for NO service that we provide. Fix it Vodacom, this is a contract for an elderly person who requires a cell phone, they don't need to be billed for non service. If you can't fix it cancel my damn contract and refund, how can I flippin be paying when you've cancelled my contract

The agent called my 72 year old aunt and she confirmed all her details and asked that you please call me so i can ask all the relevant questions and his response was its not necessary, she' 72 years old!!! When she initially called she asked for the data to be cancelled, did the agent that took her first call explain that the entire contract will be cancelled? Is there a recording available that someone did explain this
