Vodacom putting things on my contract without my consent😡😡😡😡😡😡

I have a problem with Vodacom , they added things on my contract/their personal things like insurance and numbers I don’t know about .

Also with the cancellation of a contract, they don’t want me to contract some of them coz I nolonger afford enough,they declined and I don’t know why
