VODACOM PUTTED MY NAME ON ITC FOR AN ACCOUNT PAID

I had a contract with Vodacom 2009 and it was finished and paid up, to my surprise I check my itc report and this account is there saying I owe Vodacom R6000, I called them because I know I paid it up, to my surprise they told me no it was a system error the account indeed is paid up they are very sorry for the inconvenience I was told in 2 days it will be off ITC I checked in 2 days my name is still there. I called *** no luck as I cannot get hold of anymore, got hold of someone at customer services she told me ther\s a problem with ***. I am very disappointed with Vodacom I was a loyal customer for years but I want nothing to do with them until this is solved
