Vodacom (PURPOSEFULLY?) dragging their feet when cancelling contracts

At 08:08am on the 10th of April I sent an email to Vodacom's cancellations department ********** requesting that my business's LTE Broadband Package contract be cancelled. All the required documentation were attached to the email. Since then, I have not heard a word from Vodacom (except for their automated responses). Everytime I follow-up I just received a new reference number. The retentions department escalated my request twice! This was the response I received from Zodwa on 12 April: "Good day Please be advised that this query has been escalated to VBCancellation and we have not received feedback. Kindly be advised that feedback will be provided on the following reference number: SR180 ********** 06." I am still waiting for any form of feedback... This is just not acceptable! Would you be happy with a response like this? Seems like Vodacom is purposefully dragging their feet when contracts are to be cancelled, but VERY quick to respond when new business comes their way... I am still waiting...
