Vodacom pulls the 48 hour card again and again for POOR SERVICE
Vodacom hides behind their 48 hour clause (and that's working hours) when they take their time to sort out issues. First my problem was blamed on Vuma and now been advised after 8 calls that my IP address expired, this is now 36 hours ago and no-one has even been allocated to the problem. I also by the way have no control of IP expiring or any way of knowing this so can't prevent it. This internet is not for playing games and watching movies, it's to run a business, which is hard enough without it issues you don't have control of because of service providers who don't seem to care
