Vodacom PS4 Deal

Hi I recently upgraded my contract at Vodacom 4u Pavillion( Excellent Service) to the Sony Xperia L1 deal with a PS4. I was notified by the consultant that the Ps4 Is out of stock in the shop and will be ordered and i can collect the following week, I have been in constant consultation with the store and its been a month now and i havent received my Ps4. When I spoke to the store they advised that the problem is at the Warehouse. I have been patient and this is dragging on too long. I require an update on WHATS GOING ON.... And Require my Ps4 . Please be advised that this is against the CPA.

Solution: If a company advertises goods at a specific price and runs out of stock, they can be held liable for “baiting” consumers. If you can show this, you have grounds to complain or you can demand goods of a comparable quality and value. Please Advise
