Vodacom proving to just give problems time and time again

Around the 24th of September 2017 we (me and my partner) went to find out which options we have for our upgrade time. A guy named Boyd helped us and surely we liked the deal that he was proposing to both of us. We decided to both take the same deal of an LG Q6 and then you get a smart watch with it. When the 1st of October came my partner did receive her 200 minutes and sms's and her data. But my minutes, sms's and data did not come through. I went in to Vodacom Kollonade to enquire about this and all they could tell me was that there was a few people who were affected by this and I will have to wait until the 1st of the next month and then my contract should change to the new Smart top up S plus contract. I was told that if I want to migrate my contract now I can do so but then I will be double billed at the end of the month. When Boyd phoned me today he told me that it is not true that I wouldve received my minutes and sms's and data in 24 hours, the migration will just take place at the end of the month. I don't understand why the client has to suffer for Vodacom's mistakes. I think that they shouldve made a plan to change my contract as was agreed when we signed for the new contract.
