Vodacom proving they are as poor a service provider as the worst of them

Has Vodacom been taken over by Eskom? For some reason whether the power is on or off Vodacom has no signal. All the public are finding ways to cope with loadshedding but the big corporate bullies, they don't care. They'll invoice you for a service they didn't provide. That is theft Vodacom. I pay for data to be available when I need it at an agreed speed. If you can't be bothered to stick to the agreement you should refund your clients
