Vodacom Providing Personal Info toTelemarketers?

I have just received a call from ***, and spoke to a telemarketer from a company called Mondo that claims to be an approved trade partner of Vodacom. The person that called would only identify herself as Sharon and flat refused to give me her surname. She also seemed confused as to whether she is an employee of Mondo or a sales agent (there is a legal distinction between the two). I asked a few questions to which she could not give me satisfactory answers: 1) Who at Vodacom authorised the release of my personal details and information regarding my cellphone contract to Mondo? 2) Can it be proven that I expressly consented to this? and, if not, 3) Does this not constitute a violation of the Protection of Personal Information Act (PPIA) of 2013?

I was promised a call from a \senior manager"at Mondo to explain"
