Vodacom provides ghost data

As a customer I am very disappointed that Vodacom has no customer care. They expect customers to walk into their stores and resolve issues with the network physically during lock down. Dear Vodacom, even the banks are doing a better job than you. You are very negligent. I needed to find out why Vodacom has blocked the free data which I had been receiving via my university (Vodacom says I have data till 30/09/2020 but when I turn my data on, it does nothing). I suspect Vodacom actually blocks the data for the sole purpose of customers buying more data and therefore milking the customer again for the paid service. We see you Vodacom!
