Vodacom provides access to 3rd party company to take airtime

I got subscribed to 2 services taking R10.00 a day and R7.00 a day. I got to find out when I got an sms that I am subscribed and I need to SMS stop to unsubscribe.

I never initiated this and asked Vodacom or their 3rd party partner to provide proof. Then I recieved the sms below:

Dear Customer, your Vlive subscriptions have been cancelled. Kindly note that all VLIVE services and subscriptions are activated/initiated from your device and sim. As a Valued Customer we will credit your account with airtime for the Vlive charges. In future to manage VLIVE subscriptions, open internet browser and go to live.vodafone.com and Select the option (3stripes) icon, Select My Account, and then Select My Subscriptions. Regards Eltino Martin

Eltino Martin, TOTALLY UNACCEPTIBLE. I lost money and you just don't care. My loyalty is completely running thin with Vodacom.

Provide PROOF that I subscribed!

Eish... I was the stupid one. No money Lost.
Apologies for that comment. I was just unhappy about the access given and wanted proof.

Nonetheless, the way these subscriptions are done needs to be reviewed. We are ******* into these and the proof would have shown this.

Please reconsider this, it is the second time. Review the proof of subscription.
