Vodacom protects *****
I'm so disappointed with Vodacom. Someone is *****ulently applying for a phone contract as we speak with my details, the sms says to call their helpline but I assumed they aren't working after 12 since its Saturday, so I decided to drop them a DM on twitter and frankly they responded asking me to send them the screenshots of these emails that i received and i did just that, they asked if i have a Vodacom number and i confirmed that i do, and gave it to them only for them to tell me to send their ***** department an email. I mean its Saturday night, I've already spoken to them, why can't they do an escalation to their ***** department directly? isn't that easier for a customer that is being de*****ed due to their lack of due diligence? As we speak, they could be delivering the phone or phones to a *****ster and all i can get from a help site is to "email" some other department? i mean what sort of help is that?
If this sale goes through, i intend to lodge a legal complaint against Vodacom because i notified them. if anyone at all from Vodacom cares to respond to this, what i need to know before anything is:
1. Where was the application for the contract was submitted 2. When the application was submitted 3. What product or products are on the application.
Im only assuming this application was done online, but if it was a physical application i will also need to know the consultant that submitted that application
