vodacom protect , and their useless call centres

Ive been trying to sort out my phone for the last month! vodacom has locked my device cause i inserted another sim device into my phone. Ive been calling call centres at least twice daily where there is no response ,Ive visited 4 different vodacom stores and none of them can help me they all give me different solutions to do which none of them work ! I'm a business man and my phone and contacts is what I need to to daily business ! If i can give you ***es any advice dont even bother with vodacom ! go to any other service provider than vodacom because they are utterly useless !!!
