Vodacom proofs how pathetic they are once again!!!

First of all I find it so pathetic that Vodacom keeps no track of any history you have with them . I bought my phone last year which I provided my ID book for . Then again half way through last year I asked them to take my number and transfer it to a micro sim card. Once again I provided my ID number. Being 21 means nothing to Vodacom as they are clearly blocking me off the internet because they are too stupid to update my age on their system. I called for service. I got told by Carla that she would call me back. That clearly never happened. I would go to Vodacom but just like the previous time I went they are too stupid to help me and just say \ I don't know"try Menlyn.Which by the way a normal guy packing the shelves in Clicks fixed. This is the worst"
