VODACOM PROMOTION GONE WRONG

I place an online order and promotion on the 13th May 19 and received a conformation of my order the same day as well as a conformation of a FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY .The delivery did not arrive the next day and I did a follow up on the 14th and 15th strangely with the same consultant who promised me on both days that the order would be schedule urgently and I would receive a call back on my order on both days , sadly this did not happen and furthermore my order has till not been deliverd nor was a call ever made back to me. I called on the 22nd again to complain only to find out that the consultant who had handled my order on the 14th and 15th **** to me as well as cancelled my order.I would like to challenge VODACOM and the Dishonest Staff and the poor way of handeling of my order, I would like the recordings to be heard of my conversations as well as the involvement of the VODACOM MANAGEMENT. I would like to challenge the decision of the support staff who handeled my calls , I await a response from VODACOM MANAGEMNET
