Vodacom Promotion

In December 2017 i upgraded my phone which was due in November 2017. I went to the Vodashop at Voda World in Midrand and was told by the consultant that if I upgraded to a Samsung S8 I would be eligable for the made for summer promotion. This entitled me to a Top Dog Educational Voucher as well as Flight Centre voucher to the value of R5000. I continued with the upgrade with the understanding that I would recieve the vouchers. I recieved the Top Dog Voucher and was told that I would receive an sms telling me how to go about redeeming the flight centre voucher. To this day I have still not received the flight centre voucher and have been told that the promotion ended on the 6th Feb. No one is interested now that the promotion is over. I cannot get an answer from either Vodacom or Incentive who are the agents that deal with promotions between Vodacom and Samsung. Both Vodacom and Incentive don't want to accept responsibility. I now have a contract and a phone with only half of the vouchers that i was promised. This is totally unacceptable, and basically misrepresentation. If an sms is supposed to be sent in order to activate the voucher and the sms is not sent, then who actually is responsible.? No one actually seems to care or be interested. I would like an answer to my complaint and certainly wont fall into another vodacom promotion trap again
