Vodacom - Promises promises - never contacted me!!!! No help via call centre!!!
Vodacom - Not back on package I had after cancelling upgrade via Rewards Partner which was misleading Vodacom - Still no Value Added Services after cancelling upgrade and reverting back to previous package. Was promised I would be back on exactly what I had on 1st February. Still waiting for copy of tape recording from Rewards Partner which I requested via Vodacom KeyWest on the 5th March!

04 Apr 2019, 09:57No it has not been resolved. Your consultant said I would get my 1G that I received monthly with my old package that I did not get. After the call I received an sms stating I have now received a promotional 1G for the next 6 months. THE NEXT 6 MONTHS IS NOT TO WHAT MY ORIGINAL CONTRACT IS!! 1G BACK PERMANENTLY ... ONGOING .. UNTIL I CHANGE MY CONTRACT IS BACK TO WHAT MY OLD CONTRACT WAS!!!! HOW DIFFICULT IS THIS SIMPLE REQUEST!!!!
PLEASE CONTACT ME AGAIN TO SORT THIS OUT.
