Vodacom - Promises not kept!

Several days after my previous review - https://www.hellopeter.com/vodacom/reviews/vodacom-bad-service-to-you- ********** , I still contacted Vodacom, beacause they did not compensate me as I need to be. One day, I spoke to an agent in the Solutions Department and she told me that she just spoke to the backoffice and confirmed, I do not owe anything to Vodacom and I confirmed that I only pay again from February.

I received a sms on the following weekend that they tried to deduct the money from my bank account and now my Vodacom account is again in arrears. Stating that I changed my pay method to CASH! I recieve several calls a day reminding me that I should pay. They still promise me that they would come back to me, but still no response. Vodacom, you should keep your promises to get better rating on your customer service, but you don't even have customer service.

Now, my account is again in arrears and I am being charged extra. I get phone calls every day to remind me of it, but you can't phone me to resolve this issue.

I want to be assisted and compensated as I need to be, otherwise I want my contract be cancelled free of charge and on my terms and conditions.

I will take this further if you don't do what you are suppose and promised to do.
