Vodacom promised to pay me back but never did

Vodacom - please give me back my money you promised to give back.

My contract was terminated because Vodacom investigation revealed that they can no longer provide me with the service. I needed to get 6 months of instalments refunded in back pay. Was told this will be sent to me by 18th Feb 2026.

It's now 23rd Feb and the money has not transferred to me as yet.

Number for the contract that is now switched to Prepaid: ***.

Vodacom keeps replying on Hello Peter someone will call me but nobody does. I'm always told someone will call between 7 to 10 working days but no idea what time so my phone is always with me for a call that never happens.
