VODACOM promised to call me back but NEVER DID!

I wrote a complaint on 02Aug about my messed up Vodacom contract. They called me on the same day to understand my query and promised to call again with a resolution. I saw the hello peter notifications on 10, 11 and 14Aug that Vodacom has responded privately to me. I haven't heard anything from them since the initial call made on 02 Aug. This is ridiculous! Chances are they'll debit the incorrect high amount again by month end and my query will never get resolved.
