Vodacom promise to call back - they are useless

I have 3 contracts with Vodacom. I had a Talk 100 contract which I upgraded to a tablet with 2G data/month on 15 March 2015. The consultant indicated that my free minutes (about 300) will be lost on 30 March and replaced with 2G data on 1 April. Within a week of the upgrade, my free minutes was gone. I thought that this might be normal. On 1 April I did not receive the 2G data as per my contract. The call centre indicated that the allocation of the new contract was not done they will fix it and if I do not receive my data before the 20th of April that I will not have to pay for April. On 27 April the debit order for all 3 contracts was subtracted, without me receiving any data as yet. The Call Centre logged a call in order to navigate to the problem and promised to all me back within 48 hours. Up to date, still no call was received. This was the empty promise made by Vodacom two times a week. I eventually reversed my debit order out of desperation for my 2G data. I also went to the store in order to pay the other 2 contracts. Vodacom is now calling me every day to obtain payment for data which was never received. I received 1G data on 1 May instead of the 2G as per my contract.
