VODACOM PROFILING AND **************

Made an application at Vodacom North Cape Mall Kimberley for a black Friday special. My husband was delclined even though they confirmed he had a very high credit score. Upon enquiring the lady at their processing office told George the assistant that my hisband was declined because his status showed Rehabilitated and proceeded to ask the assistand if my husband is a rehabiltated ******** as they see Correctional Services on his profile also. We explained that he works for the Department of Correctional Services and that we were financially rehabilited in 2021. They requested all our source documents including the rehabilitation letter and said they will send it to their people to see if our application can be approved. However when we went back to enquire we were told that there is no valid reason why we were declined but they have to convince their systems to approve the deal. We feel this is utter ************** of our financial status that we worked so hard on restoring and and complete u proffessional commentary and negative profiling from their staff and offices.
