Vodacom problems go on and on

Need I say more. Vodacom has gone from best provider to worse provider

23-Jan Email sent about numerous issues with phone since contract inception 23-Jan Email received from Zanele Vokwana to apologize accepting full responsibility and arranged a swop out of a new phone and added on 1GB for 24 months as compensation 15-Feb I sent email to to Vodacom that I've been charged for the "Free" 1GB since January 20-Feb I sent a follow up email as I received no response 21-Feb Emails up and down with various excuses for the charges, all of which were incorrect 21-Feb After back and forth emails I received an apology from Zanele. Vodacom accepted responsibility and promised an account credit 13-Mar Email sent and "Handset Charge" on my account 15-Mar Another apology received from Vodacom and another credit received on my account and promotional 2GB added to my account for 24 months 12-Sep Email sent as I was debited for R231 in the middle of the month. Absolutely no response received 17-Sep Called Vodacom to follow up on email sent on 12 Sept and was told that fraulant contract taken out in my name, as someone managed to bypass some security measurement at Vodacom, and matter will be resolved 22-Sep Received an SMS asking for payment, so called Vodacom to enquire and was told that they are awaiting documentation from me even though nobody asked for this
