Vodacom problem solving

Both good, and bad, so the 3 star is an average. Vodacom's chatbot and automated sms services are disastrous. They don't answer the question; I don't think they even begin to understand that there is a question not covered by the standard menu choices they offer. Round in circles, no way out. You then need Google to give you the numbers to contact. In my case I ended up speaking to Tebogo, who gave 5 star service, didn't give up, and solved my problem
