Vodacom price increase is absolutely a violation on consumer protection rights

If you're thinking about taking a contract with Vodacom - Don't! They actually breach the consumer rights, they give people cellphone deals that eg I signed in December only to have a price increase in February and then when you call in to say can I now change the plan they say wait your contract only started in December and it's still new call after 3 months so how is it fair to do a price increase on a new contact but I cannot change the plan? Seriously unfair.

Well no one has call me as yet! Vodacom is also unable to provide me with a signed contract that states I signed and terms and conditions, I don't want your platform terms, I want where I signed? Also this is not ON!!! How are we as consumers protected against this unfair practises, Vodacom can increase a contract price of a contract that is only less than 2 months old but we as consumers cannot change the plan, seriously unacceptable, you can have your phone back because this is just not on. When Vodacom has to pay the "plz call me" guy then why are we as customers being penalised for that or was this a marketing tactic? I say this because of their reply "minimizing this financial impact" ..... Of what? Why is Vodacom advertising deals with no stipulations that in 2 months time the contract price will go up. There are also a lot of older people that I had a chat to that is facing the same issue ....Why is Vodacom using these dirty tactics and giving me a not sustainable answer such as "cost increases are unavoidable" Who's mistake are we paying for now?????
People out there, forget loyalty Vodacom is practising ********* principles and clearly has no core values to just increase new contracts not even 2 months old.
What is stopping them in a few moths to do the exact same thing????
As I said, you can have your phone back I would rather have a Honest Service Provider.
