Vodacom preventing port of nymer - HELD HOSTAGE!

Vodacom have prevented the port of my number from last year. Each time the new service provider tries to port the number they are presented with a different excuse.

Here is the latest \With regards to ***, I have again escalated this query to our ISD department as the number has again been declined by our new Siebel Porting engine. The only viable solution is for us to wait until the next Siebel to ICAP migration is done, or until this problem is resolved within the Siebel System.
At present, do we not have a timeline for the next migration to fix this query and others of its kind.\"

This is clearly an attempt to hold me hostage to their network and is ethically plain WRONG. I thought of using the \"passing the buck\" complaint description but I feel this is just bullying.

I am forced to contact ICASA to lodge a complaint as well as use negative energy to discredit them on social media platforms. I don't want to have to do this.

Please do what is right and allow my port to happen. We all have the right to choose who we want to transact with. How would you feel if this was you!!
"
