Vodacom pretends customers are visiting their stores
Vodacom frequently sms’s me that I am in a queue at one of their stores and then thanks me for visiting. A call to the call centre informed me it is a ploy to generate traffic in their stores and to ignore the sms’s. Some days I get 4 or 5 of these sms’s. I have tried to stop them but the call centre can’t help me and Vodacom does not reply to my email.
