Vodacom Prepaid listed on Credit Bureau as 4 months arrears
Prepaid Account is listed on ITC as 4 months arrears but it's on prepaid.
How is it possible to have a prepaid account listed on ITC. The collections department confirmed there's absolutely no outstanding money and the status of the accounts are in settled.
It's hurting my credit record.
