VODACOM PREPAID FREE MINUTES - NON EXISTANT AND A TOTAL *******

Once again no free minutes as per vodacoms sms after buying prepaid airtime. Despite numerous complaints to Vodacom nothing has been done. My complaint is escalated and then closed with no outcome. I have even sent Vodacom screenshots of the sms detailing free minutes in the sum of the prepaid top up. Does Vodacom not even know what sms's they send out or are their staff too lazy and *********** to do their work? Vodacom is nothing but a rip-off.
