Vodacom prefer to out pensioner in Debt than assis

So this is ongoing since May, a compliant was registered on hello peter but only part of it was dealt with. Since than both Vodacom and the Sales lady refuse to help me. They sold me an contract based on false information. I was advices on so many things but when reality it was merely all just false. Now I have to walk around with 2 phones 2 contracts and 2 payments of which at the beginning I gave my budget to the store. So instead of assisting me Vodacom want me to cancel a contract based on their staffs incorrect information, costs exceeding R5000 not the fact that i am a pensioner and I took out a contract based on what the sales lady advices me... So they prefer putting clients in DEBT to make up for their mistakes. Pensioners or any other individuals wanting a cell phone be careful of what you are informed as all that matters is the Sale... Disappointed pensioner, the lady at first was so helpful and friendly but the moment the issues started the avoiding started too... Oh and the Vodacom complaints department as we'll just left it as is, last was them asking me to cancel if I'm not happy.
